If wrongdoing is found, a conversation will be held with the relevant employee with the aim of behavioral improvement, and disciplinary action will be taken in accordance with the Bank’s procedures. which may include probation, deduction of wages, demotion and / or pay reduction, or termination of employment, as the case may warrant. In 2021, KBank received no significant complaints* regarding harassment or discriminatory practices. *Significant complaints are based on:Disciplinary action: Wrongdoing has occurred, and punishment involves termination of employment without compensation.Lawsuit: A lawsuit has been filed, and the court has delivered a verdict that wrongdoing has occurred.
