Company’s documents
- Certificate of Registration issued by Partnerships and Companies Registration Office with an annex detailing the purpose thereof, issued not more than three months prior to submission
- In case of signing with the company seal affixed
- - Establishment Registration (BorOrJor.3) or Amended Registration (BorOrJor.4) in case of amendment made to the registered company seal; or the Articles of Association for Public Company Limited; no requirement regarding the age of the document
- - The original company seal must be presented.
- Shareholders’ List (BorOrJor.5 for Company Limited; or BorOrJor.6 for Public Company Limited); no requirement regarding the age of the document

Where can I buy a chequebook?
After a cheque is issued, can it be canceled if funds are insufficient?
No. You must transfer funds to the current account so that the balance is sufficient within the cheque date. If there are insufficient funds in the account, a returned cheque fee will be charged.

You must file a police report and bring the police report to the Bank to stop payment on the cheque.
What are the details of the automatic money transfer service?
KBank offers an
automatic funds transfer service(Account Link) to help customers conduct their transactions via cheques without having to worry about whether or not they have sufficient funds in their current account for cheque payment. KBank will transfer funds from your
savings accountto the current account to ensure that there are sufficient funds for cheque payment. The service fee is 20 Baht / day.
Does the authorized signatory have to present themself at a branch?
The authorized signatory for account opening who is not an authorized signatory for payment/withdrawal does not have to present themself at the branch. They can verify their identity via K PLUS within 15 days from the date the juristic person has requested account opening at the branch.
