How can I add my accounts ?

Add single personal accounts :
- Go to Home Page > Click “+” > Enter Account Number.
- Or go to “Setting” > Click “Manage Account” > Click “Account Setting” > Click “Add new account” > Enter Account Number
The accounts will be added to your K PLUS SME profile automatically.

Add joint personal accounts / juristic accounts :
- Go to Home Page > Click “+” > Enter Account Number.
- Or go to “Setting” > Click “Manage Account” > Click “Account Setting” > Click “Add new account” > Enter Account Number
The system will send an application form with registration code via email. You need to fill the form and submit all required documents at any KBank branches.
Maximum accounts ?
You can add account (single account , joint accounts and juristic account) up to the maximum of 25 accounts (including the registered account).
Other juristic accounts ?
You can add the juristic profile up to maximum of 3 profiles. However, The user must be one of the authorized director of each juristic profile.
Account with account link service ?
Accounts with account link service can be added as well as normal accounts.
Can I do transaction from accounts with account link service ?
Accounts with account link can normally be used to do transaction such as fund transfer , top-up or bill payment except

Transaction between 12:00 AM - 02:00 AM. :
Accounts with account link will not be available to credit/debit balance between 12:00 AM - 02:00 AM. Credited amount which transferred from other banks between 12:00 AM - 02:00 AM will be sequential proceeded on the same day at 04:00 AM.

Insufficient account balance :
The transaction limit when you do transactions form accounts with account link or normal account are not different. It means that you are unable to do transaction with the amount exceeding the account balance. Account link service does not support transactions through electronic channels such as an ATM, K PLUS or K PLUS SME.
Maximum transaction limit per day ?
The maximum transaction limit is 2 millions baht per day (Shared with every accounts on the K PLUS SME profile).
How can I change transfer limit ?
To change your daily transaction limit, please contact K-BIZ Contact Center (24 hours) at Tel. +662-8888822.
How can I manage accounts ?
You can create up to 5 account groups, each group consisting of the maximum 5 accounts.
- Go to Home Page > Choose “Group Accounts” > Click “Create New Group” > Enter Group Name > Select Account
- Go to “Setting” > Click “Manage Account” > Click “Create New Group” > Enter Group Name > Select Account
Can I change my registered mobile number ?
You have to cancel the service and register again with your new mobile number.
How to request statement ?
You can request statement by clicking the menu on the top left corner of a screen > Click “Request Statement” > Select an account and a time period.
How far back can I request statement ?
You can request your statements for up to 12 months.
How can I unlock my account ?
To unlock your account, please contact K-BIZ Contact Center (24 hours) at Tel. +662-8888822. In case, your account has been locked again in the same week. You must unlock your profile at KBank branches only.
How to cancel a service ?

Can the authorized directors (not the user) request for cancellation ?
The authorized signatory director of the juristic (not the K PLUS SME user) will be able to cancel by sending documents via email : info@kasikornbank.com. All documents will be signed with conditions in the certificate/document indicating the establishment of the juristic person
- Letters of intent indicating for cancellation , registered telephone number and registered account number.
- Copy of Certificate of Registration issued no longer than 3 months prior to submission.
- Copies of national ID cards/passport of authorized persons signing in a letters of intent.
How to confirm the transactions ?
You will receive the e-slip and email after doing the financial transactions. You can use e-mail confirmation in case you don’t get e-Slip.
What is a Registration Code ?
You will receive Registration Code when applying the K PLUS SME application via mobile phone. Please enter the registration code in the application form before submitting it to the Bank.
Can I access K PLUS SME via Wi-Fi ?
You can enable full function via Wi-Fi by access K PLUS SME via 3G/4G and go to setting > “Access full function via Wi-Fi” (valid 90 days per request)
In case that you have not enabled “Access full function via Wi-Fi”, your K PLUS SME will be limited to some function (Balance inquiry and favorite transaction).
How can I change Email Address and PIN ?
For changing Email Address
- Go to “Setting” > Choose “Change E-Mail Address” > Enter New Email > Confirm New Email >>> Receive Activation Code via Email > Enter Registration Code
For changing PIN
- Go to “Setting” > Choose “Change PIN” > Key Current PIN > Enter New PIN > Confirm New PIN
What kind of information is shown available in Credit Summary ?
Credit summary shows 4 types of loan:
- Overdraft (OD)
- Promissory Notes (PN)
- Loans
- Letters of Guarantee (LG)
