From November 21, 2022 onwards, KBank will change details of charges of Global Outward service as follows :
Charge SHA : The sender is responsible for only KBank’s outward funds transfer charge. Foreign bank charge incurred will be deducted from the transferred amount. The recipient will therefore not receive the funds in full.
Charge OUR : The sender is responsible for both KBank’s outward funds transfer charge and foreign bank charge incurred. There may be a partial deduction (if any) from the funds received by the recipient to cover any charge assessed by the foreign bank.
Charge BEN : The recipient (beneficiary) is responsible for both KBank’s outward funds transfer charge and foreign bank charge incurred. The charges will be deducted from the transferred amount. The recipient will therefore not receive the funds in full.
