Notification of KASIKORNBANK available channels for retail customer of IVR self-service.

From 26th October, 2021 onwards, IVR self-service (Tel.02-8888888) channel will be closed and applications for IVR self-service through any bank branches will also be all closed.

We offers effective services to serve your better payment via available channels as follows, Payment channels for retail: KPlus, Line Kbank Live and Bank Counter.
