Choose the card that meets your needs

Any Thai person who is at least 20 years old, has K PLUS and email. 

1. For KBank Payroll customers or those with active transactions via KBank account during the past seven months or more: No documents required, with fast approval within 15 minutes. For those applying for the service requiring proof of income, the approval result will be known on the following business day.
2. Just a one-month pay slip required (issued not more than three months prior to submission)
3. Track your own application status via K PLUS

If you are a KBank Payroll customer or have active transactions via KBank account during the past seven months or more, you do not need to provide any documents. For general customers, only proof of income is required. 

Note : Customers are required to submit proof of income if they request additional credit limit which is higher than the pre-approved limit.  

You can do it by yourself every day during 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., and the approval result will be known within one business day. 

1. Access the “Loan” menu option on the transaction page.
2. Under the “Application Status” (which will be displayed after you have applied for the loan), select the KBank Credit Card which you have applied for.
3. Your application status will appear on this page. If you have applied for the service via other channels, please contact the relevant officer or call the K-Contact Center at tel. 02-8888888.

To cancel the application, customers must follow the standard procedure. They must call the K-Contact Center at tel. 02-8888888 to request the cancellation by themselves.  

You can resume the process after you have given consent for NCB examination within three days. If said period ends without continuing the process, the application will automatically be cancelled. If you want to reapply for the loan product, you have to restart the process from the beginning.

• Customers who have never had KBank Credit Card or those who used to have a KBank Credit Card but already cancelled it (apply for a new card)
• Existing KBank Credit Cardholders who want to add other card types under the combined existing credit limit (add card)

Up to three cards. Existing KBank Credit Cardholders can apply for up to 10 credit cards. 

Within 3-7 business days; subject to the mailing distance. 

To use Self-Apply on K PLUS, the K PLUS version must be 5.13.0 or newer. If your K PLUS version is older than 5.13.0, you must update it before using Self-Apply on K PLUS.
