Steps for use of lounge service

  1. Show your JCB Platinum or JCB Ultimate Credit Card and boarding pass at the reception counter and inform the lounge staff that you wish to use the LoungeKey service. The name on the boarding pass must correspond to that on the credit card.
  2. The lounge attendant will swipe the card for a temporary pre-authorization of 1 USD* to verify the card's eligibility for service.
    *Cardholders will receive refunds which the time it takes to depends on the conditions of the card issuing company.
  3. Verify the accuracy of information and sign for acknowledgement. *Please carefully review details such as names and the number of companions to prevent errors in using the privileges.

The number of privileges offered

JCB Platinum or JCB Ultimate cardholders can enjoy free lounge access up to 8 times per card number throughout the service period. (In the case of excess of the allowable number of complimentary limit /or having someone accompanying you, there will be an additional charge of 32 USD per person, which will be collected later.) *This benefit is only for JCB Platinum or JCB Ultimate Cardholders which cannot be transferred to others
