How to Apply

At KBank Branches

  1. Fill out our consent form for Direct Debit service completely and clearly
  2. Attach copies of receipts or bills for goods/services to be paid via the service
  3. Submit all the required documents to any KBank branch nationwide, or send them via postal business reply mail service
  4. All documents must be supplied, including the original application form and its copy

Required Documents include:

  • Your savings account passbook
  • ​Copies of receipts or bills for goods/services to be paid via the service

Via K-ATMs

  1. ​Insert your K-ATM Card/K-Debit Card into the machine and key in your PIN code when requested
  2. Choose 'Apply for Direct Debit'
  3. Choose 'Company's code' and Account type
  4. Key in a payee company's 5-digit code / Reference
  5. Confirm your application
