Cardless withdrawal is designed to bring ease and comfort to our customers’ lives. By setting up a withdrawal request on K PLUS, customers can withdraw cash from any K-ATM nationwide immediately, and use K PLUS to locate the nearest K-ATM.

Debit cards/ ATM cards/ Credit cards/ and Xpress Cash cards are eligible for cardless withdrawal.

No fee is charged for cardless withdrawal at K-ATM and KBank branch from Debit cards/ ATM cards/ and Xpress Cash cards. There is a fee of 15-20 Baht per transaction at KBank Service, depending on the service agent. For credit cards, an annual interest rate (a maximum of 18%) will be charged, including a cash withdrawal fee of 3% and VAT of 7% on top of the withdrawn amount which is subjected to a minimum amount of 2,000 Baht. These will be presented in your credit card statement for the following credit card bill cycle.

For credit cards, the rate of interest charged is subjected to the type of card used. For Xpress Cash cards, the rate of interest charged is subjected to card carrier or Xpress Cash card statement.

You can complete one cardless withdrawal transaction at a time. The next transaction can be conducted after you have successfully received cash, or have cancelled the existing transaction, or the existing transaction has expired after no cash has been withdrawn within 24 hours.

To cancel a cardless withdrawal request, customers should follow the steps below.

1. Press the “Banking” button and log in to the system.
2. Press “Withdraw”
3. Your request details will be displayed.
4. Press “Cancel Withdrawal” to cancel the request.

No. K PLUS’s cardless withdrawal function can only be processed via the QR code on K-ATMs.

No. You are allowed one cardless withdrawal transaction via K PLUS at a time. You may conduct the next transaction only after the existing transaction has been successfully completed, or has been cancelled/has expired.

Customers can make a cardless withdrawal of up to 30,000* Baht/transaction and up to 500,000 Baht/day. These limits are independent of other K PLUS transaction limits (transfer, top up and payment).

For credit cards, the maximum limit per day depends on the type of card used.

To complete a cardless withdrawal transaction, you have to scan the QR code either with your camera in K PLUS’s “Scan” menu or in the application’s “Withdraw” menu.
