What devices are compatible with K PLUS ?

The new version of K PLUS can be used with a mobile phone or tablet equipped with iOS 9.0 or Android 5.0 and higher, and the device must have never been jailbroken or rooted. If you do not use a device with such specifications, you will not be able to access this version of K PLUS. So you should change to a newer device which supports iOS 9.0 or Android 5.0 and higher.

How can I check the existing version of mobile operating system (OS) and of K PLUS in my device ?

To check the mobile OS, please follow the steps below.

For iOS device, go to the Settings menu option >>> General >>> Software Update

For Android device, go to the Settings menu option >>> About Phone >>> Software Info

To check your existing K PLUS version, please follow the steps below.

Go to the “Other” menu option >>> The version of K PLUS will be shown under the Settings menu option of the K PLUS old version. Then, go to the three-dot icon on the top right of the Home page >>> choose the “Settings” menu option >>> The version of K PLUS will be shown under the “About K PLUS” menu option.

Is the K PLUS service secure ?

K PLUS is equipped with an internationally recognized security system which is in compliance with the Bank of Thailand’s regulations. However, careful use of the service is recommended. Your PIN should be kept confidential, and the account data should be regularly checked for enhanced efficiency and security in the use of K PLUS.

Can I use K PLUS via WiFi ?

Customers can access K PLUS via WiFi with no time limit.

Can I use K PLUS on an iPad ?

To use K PLUS on an iPad, customers should install K PLUS for iPhone, which can be downloaded from the App Store.

Do I have to pay a fee for using K PLUS ?

No fee is charged for K PLUS.

If I change my mobile phone or my phone number, what should I do ?

Once you change your mobile phone or phone number, please follow the steps below.

  • In case you change your mobile phone but use the same SIM, after you have installed the K PLUS application and logged in to the system for the first time, you will be taken to the device changing step. Enter your account/debit card number, national ID card/passport number and the existing PIN. If the information is correct, you can use the service immediately.
  • In case you change your mobile phone number, you must first cancel the K PLUS which was linked to the old phone number at any K-ATM, or via K-Contact Center by calling 02-888-8888, press 03. Then, register the new version of K PLUS with the new mobile phone number.
If I key in the wrong PIN more than the limit of attempts determined by KBank, how can I unlock my account ?

You may unlock the account and reset the password at a K-ATM, or call the K-Contact Center at 02-888-8888.

After updating K PLUS to the latest version, will the saved data be kept intact ?

The saved data will be automatically transferred to the latest version of K PLUS.

How can I request an increase of transaction limit via K PLUS ?

The initial transaction limit is 100,000 Baht, and customers may increase it to 2,000,000 Baht by themselves via K PLUS.
