What is a scheduled transfer ?

It is a function that allows customers to schedule transfers in advance by specifying the effective transfer date (not more than one year from the schedule creation date). The transfer can be scheduled as a one-time transaction, or on a weekly or monthly basis.

If I want to cancel a scheduled transfer, what should I do ?

You must cancel the schedule by 11:59 p.m. on the day before the effective transfer date, as the system runs scheduled transfers automatically during the night. Once completed, a scheduled transaction cannot be cancelled.

Example:

A customer wants to cancel a scheduled transfer which will be effective September 2. The customer must cancel the transaction by 11:59 p.m. on September 1.

Can I specify the time of a scheduled transfer ?

You can specify the intended effective date only, and the transaction will automatically be processed by 7:00 a.m. of the effective date.

What transactions can be scheduled ?

Funds transfer to KBank and other banks’ accounts can be scheduled.

What is the maximum number of transactions that I can schedule? Is there a transfer limit set for those transactions ?

K PLUS can accommodate up to 50 scheduled transfers (of all types), with transfer limits as follows:

  1. Transfer between your own accounts which are linked to K PLUS: No transaction limit or total daily limit
  2. Transfer to other KBank accounts: No limit per transaction, and total daily limit of 2,000,000 baht
  3. Interbank funds transfer: Limit of 50,000 baht per transaction, and total daily limit of 2,000,000 baht
If I receive a notice of an unsuccessful transaction, will other transactions scheduled on a weekly or monthly basis be cancelled ?

No. If any scheduled transfer fails to be completed, other scheduled transactions will not be affected. The other transfers will still be made automatically on the relevant intended effective date.

When making a scheduled transfer, will the transaction limit of the debit date or an earlier date apply ?

The limit of the debit date will apply.
