If I forget my K PLUS PIN and wish to change the PIN, how can I change the PIN?
  1. Press the "Forgot your PIN" button.
  2. Press the "For Non-Debit cardholder" button.
  3. Bring your ID card to verify identity at K-ATM that has K CHECK ID sign, K Check ID machine and KBank service points.
  4. Press the "Next" button.
  5. Do the Facial Scan.
  6. Create and confirm new K PLUS PIN.
If I have input my K PLUS PIN incorrectly in three attempts, how can I unlock and reset the PIN?
  1. Press the "For Non-Debit cardholder" button.
  2. Bring your ID card to verify identity at K-ATM that has K CHECK ID sign, K Check ID machine and KBank service points.
  3. Press the "Next" button.
  4. Do the Facial Scan.
  5. Create and confirm new K PLUS PIN.
