Can points earned from spending with a supplementary credit card be redeemed for the purchase of goods on K PLUS ?
If you have added a supplementary credit card to K PLUS, you can also redeem its points for the purchase of goods.
If I want to redeem points for the purchase of goods on K PLUS, do I have to pay a delivery fee ?
No delivery fee is charged for the purchase of goods from the KBank Reward Point catalogue via point redemption. If you redeem points for the purchase of goods on K+Market, the delivery fee will be subject to each merchant’s terms and conditions, which customers should read before placing an order.
If I want to redeem points earned from multiple credit cards, do I have to add all of the cards to K PLUS ?
Yes. Points can be redeemed only from credit cards which have been added to K PLUS.
Can I transfer points from one credit card to another ?
You may request to transfer points from one credit card to another via K-Contact Center prior to point redemption. Point combination is subject to the terms and conditions of each credit card type.
When will points be deducted after I have redeemed them for the purchase of goods on K PLUS ?
The points will be instantly deducted as soon as you click to redeem your K-Credit Card points.
