​Conditions for K Points

  1. Every 25 Baht spent for purchase of goods and services both at home and abroad is entitled to one K Point, except for spending at registered merchants located in the European Economic Area (EEA)* This condition will be effective February 1, 2020. Please also be informed that expenditures via all K-Credit Card types at merchants registered in People's Republic of China (PRC) (excluding Special Administrative Region ex. Hong Kong, Macau) will no longer be eligible for the K Point program, effective from November 1, 2021.

  2. Credit cards not eligible for the K Point program include corporate credit cards, business credit cards, MasterCard Titanium Credit Card, KBank Fleet Card and ThaiBev Credit Cards.
  3. Limited to 800 points per merchant category in a billing cycle for payment at service stations nationwide and retail business including hypermarkets/supermarkets under merchant category code (MCC) 0022, 5411, 5541, 5542, 9752, 0002, 5310, 5411, and 9751.
  4. Earn up to X2 points for spending with THE PASSION Credit Card in Thailand, up to 200,000 Baht/billing cycle. Spending in excess of 200,000 Baht is entitled to normal points (25 Baht = 1 point).
  5. The following expenditures are not eligible for this promotion: cash advance, utility bill payment, electricity bill (MEA/PEA), water bill, telephone bill (TOT/True/TT&T/CAT), tax, all types of fees, payment of unit-linked insurance premium, purchase of all types of funds, purchase of banknotes via credit card, payment of cash advance fee, application fee, annual fee payment, late payment fee, card replacement fee (in case of lost card), penalty fee and interest.
  6. Points earned from each card will be calculated separately. Cut-off time for the amount eligible for the program will be on the statement date of each billing cycle; fractions (decimals) shall be discarded. Points can be redeemed for rewards after they are shown in the credit card statement.
    Note: In case the payment transaction is changed, cancelled or refunded, in any event, and/or the relevant transaction is found to be incompliant with the conditions established by KBank, the cardholder’s points in the KBank system will be deducted based on the amount earned on said transaction.
  7. Points earned from credit cards with the same first and last name can be combined for reward redemption. Expenditures via a principal card and its supplementary card(s) cannot be combined. Points earned from K-Credit Card cannot be combined with those from THE PASSION Credit Card, Blue Credit Card, BDMS-KBank Visa Platinum Credit Card, OneSiam- KBank Credit Card,KBank - Shopee Credit Card for reward redemption.
  8. Criteria for point transfer
    a.Normal credit cards: Points earned from the principal card of K-Credit Card (generic) of all levels including KBank THE WISDOM Card, KBank THE PREMIER Card, UnionPay Credit Card, KBank JCB Credit Card, K-SME Credit Card, K-Wave Credit Card, and K Home Smiles Club Credit Card can be transferred to its supplementary card or vice versa. Points can be transferred between supplementary cards bearing the same first and last name with prior approval from the holder of the principal card.
    b.Special credit cards: THE PASSION Credit Card, Blue Credit Card, BDMS-KBank Visa Platinum Credit Card, OneSiam- KBank Credit Card,KBank - Shopee Credit Card
    - Points cannot be transferred between different types of credit cards.
    - Points can be transferred from the principal card to the supplementary card, and vice-versa.
    Points can be transferred between supplementary cards bearing the same first and last name with prior approval from the holder of the principal card.
    Exception: Blue Credit Card, for which points cannot be transferred between the principal and supplementary card.
  9. K Points under special projects or promotions are subject to expiration; cardholders will be informed of their validity in the terms and conditions of each program.
  10. K Points earned from Blue Credit Card​​,KBank - Shopee Credit Card are valid for three years from the date of purchase.
  11. Only holders of valid cards in good standing who have complied with the terms and conditions earlier agreed upon with KBank and have never defaulted on payment are entitled to join this program. Redeemed points shall in no event be reinstated.
  12. KBank reserves the right to change the conditions and benefits without prior notice.
  13. In case of dispute, KBank’s decisions are deemed final.

Conditions for redeeming points for Cash Rebate

  1. O​nly holders of a valid K-Credit Card with good payment history are eligible to join the program.
  2. KBank MasterCard Titanium Credit Card, business and corporate credit cards of any type are not eligible for this program.
  3. Every 1,000 points can be redeemed for 100 Baht cash rebate which can be used for credit card payment; any fraction of 1,000 points cannot be redeemed for cash rebate, and shall be discarded.
  4. K Points will be deleted from the system based on the number of points redeemed for cash rebate which will be credited to the credit card account within three business days.
  5. Redeemed points shall in no event be cancelled.
  6. KBank reserves the right to change the conditions without prior notice.
  7. In case of dispute, KBank’s decisions are final.
