Enter K PLUS with 3G/4G/5G, if the current mobile number using in this device dis not the number registered with K PLUS. Select “Change new mobile number”.

If you want to change new mobile number press “Next”.

If the message is “ Unsuccessful to change mobile number”, please bring your ID card to verify your identity at K- ATM that have K Check ID sign or K CHECK ID machine.

At K-ATM that have K Check ID sign or K Check ID machine, you press “ Identity verification”> then insert your ID card into the K CHECK ID card slot > pull out the card > press “confirm”, and you are ready to use your new mobile phone number.
