Do I have to pay a fee for credit card payment ?

No fee is charged for payment made via KBank’s service channels such as K PLUS / K-Cyber. For payment via payment agents, please check fee details before using the service.

How can I request a credit card statement ?
How can I request a credit line increase ?

You can fill out the Request Form for Credit Line Increase and submit it at any KBank branch with the following documents:

  • Copy of national ID card
  • Salary slip or income certificate (issued not more than three months prior to submission)
  • Copy of statement showing details during the past six months (payroll account)
  • Copy of fixed deposits account / debenture / fund account passbook (if any)
