The Thai Airways International Flight Upgrade privilege is available to customers who choose the JOYFUL TRAVELER package with investment of 30 million Baht and more. Eligible customers can upgrade their ticket from Economy Class to Business Class on routes to Tokyo, London, or Paris by redeeming K Points, subject to the specified terms and conditions, effective March 5, 2026.

Privileges for THE WISDOM customers who choose the WELLNESS LOVER package are subject to the same terms and conditions as the previous fitness privileges, limited to 1 entitlement per day.

• Customers with investment of 30 million Baht or more are entitled to use the fitness facilities at Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong and Shangri-La Bangkok.

UP & MORE personalized privileges that are more diverse and exclusive for THE WISDOM customers who have maintained a six-month average of at least 10 million Baht, 30 million Baht, 50 million Baht, or 150 million Baht in deposit/investment with KBank and/or paid insurance premium in accordance with the calculation method determined by KBank. They can choose one of four packages that matches their needs and lifestyle preferences:

Holders of KBank THE WISDOM Card (primary) who have maintained a six-month average of at least 10 million Baht in deposit/investment with KBank and/or paid insurance premium in accordance with the calculation method determined by KBank.

For new KBank THE WISDOM customers who receive their card from January 31, 2026 onwards, they can select

a package within 30 days from the date of card approval through THE WISDOM Privilege menu on KBank Live LINE. In case cardholders do not select a package within the specified period, it will be deemed that they agree to select the LIFE EXPLORER package.

If the customer does not make a selection within the required timeframe:

• Existing cardholders: The customer will be deemed to have selected the same package as in 2025.
• New cardholders: The system will deem the customer to have been automatically assigned the LIFE EXPLORER package.

The system-assigned privileges will take effect immediately.

Once cardholders select a package, they cannot change it. Cardholders can use the privileges immediately after completing the package selection.

Customers can start using their privileges after selection. Simply click the MY PACKAGE 2026 tab on the HOME screen, through THE WISDOM Privilege menu on KBank Live LINE.

The available packages cannot be modified. However, KBank has offered privileges catering to different lifestyle preferences.

Customers can review package details to choose the one that best suits their needs. For those seeking diverse privileges, the LIFE EXPLORER package offers a mix of benefits, including airport lounge access and health checkup packages, to accommodate lifestyle preferences.

Customers who choose the WELLNESS LOVER package can access facilities at all participating fitness centers at any time as listed in the Privilege Book, with one visit per day and no location-based quota restrictions.

For 2026, the “UP & MORE PERSONALIZED” concept has been designed to perfectly match the lifestyle of health enthusiasts. Those who select the WELLNESS LOVER package can make the most of their fitness privileges without worrying about access limitations.

• Customers who select the LIFE EXPLORER or JOYFUL TRAVELER package can enjoy unlimited access to airport lounges worldwide, along with one accompanying guest, free of charge.
• Customers who select other packages or are not eligible to select one will be subject to a service fee for both themselves and their accompanying guest, at the rate determined by the lounge.
• Customers who do not select the JOYFUL TRAVELER or LIFE EXPLORER package but use their Priority Pass™ will be charged for all lounge visits.

From March 1 - 31, 2025, during the privilege transition period, KBank will waive the service fee under certain conditions.
