  • Thai nationality, 20 years of age or older, but cannot exceed 70 years old
  • Co-borrower(s) must not exceed three people and must be related to borrower by law (including unregistered marriage).
  • For single borrowing, borrower’s net income must be not less than 15,000 Baht/month.
  • For joint borrowing, combined net income of all borrowers must be not less than 15,000 Baht/month.
  • Note :
    For purchase of KBank property for sale, minimum net income of borrower must be not less than 7,500 Baht/month. (For joint borrowing, net income of each borrower and combined net income of all borrowers are subject to the above criteria.)

  • Than 6 months (work history including previous workplace, with the borrower having passed probation at current workplace)

  • Copy of national ID card, or civil servant card of the borrower, co-borrower(s) and the borrower’s spouse
  • Copy of house registration (all pages)
  • Letter of consent that has been completely filled out by the borrower and co-borrower(s)
  • Marriage certificate of the borrower and co-borrower(s) (if any)
  • For non-registered marriage: letter of marriage confirmation / copy of house registration certificate / child’s birth certificate
  • Certificate of name – surname change (if any)

Financial documents

  • Salary slip for the latest month or salary verification letter (issued within the last three months) or bonus slip (if any)
  • The borrower must submit a bank statement showing the past six months’ history of transactions

Collateral documents

  • Copy of title deed / Nor Sor 3 / Nor Sor 3 Gor or Certificate of Ownership with abstract of title (every page)

Collateral appraisal fee by Progress Appraisal Company Limited or another appraisal company certified by KBank or its branches is 3,000 Baht (including VAT)
