How can I request a credit card statement ?
How can I make a request to permanently increase the credit limit ?

You must fill in the Permanently Increase the Credit Limit Request Form at any KBank branches​ and submit these attached documents:

  • Copy of a citizen ID card
  • Copy of income certification, or a payslip (for the prior 3 months)
  • Copy of the payroll account passbook (for the prior 6 months)
  • Copy of the fixed deposit account passbook, debenture, or fund (if any)

  • Any Platinum issued in Thailand with the min online spending of 3,000 Baht can register to get the coverage of 3,000 Baht
  • E-commerce Purchase protection provide coverage for possible losses online purchase which includes:
    • Non-delivery of purchased item after 30 days of scheduled delivery
    • Wrong or incomplete delivery of purchase item
    • Physical damage to the delivered item at time of delivery
  • Valid between Jan1 – Dec 31, 2021
