Conditions
  • C​ompanies that open a current and/or savings account and apply for K-Contact Center service.
  • For funds transfers between own Kbank’s accounts that linked to K-Contact Center service can be made up to 10 million Baht daily.
  • For funds transfers from a savings account to a current account for purpose of cheque payments must be made before 3:30 p.m.
  • For cheque orders through IVR system can be ordered up to 30 chequebooks per time daily.
  • For statement requests can be made up to 10 pages per time daily.
  • Documentation by facsimile may be requested via facsimile or fixed-line telephone. Recipient’s facsimile number must be specified.
  • Service is available from 6:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. daily.
