As a part of KASIKORNBANK's commitment to sustainable national economic, social and environmental development, one of the Bank's priorities is sponsoring education as a foundation for the development of human potential.
Beginning in 2015, KBank and Nation University in Nan Province have been working together to award 60 scholarships annually to the young people of Nan, increasing opportunities for students to pursue higher education, maximizing their potential as drivers of sustainable growth in the national economy. The program encourages scholarship recipients to apply their educations to economic, social, community, and environmental resource development in their home communities.
Eligibility:
Students who completed high school or vocational college in Nan province
Students with mid-range academic performance who wish to pursue a bachelor's degree
Students lacking financial resources
Students devoted to their home communities in Nan province, committed to return home and work for local development
Note: The Nation University - KASIKORNBANK 2015 program, "Bachelor's Degree Scholarshipsfor Nan Youth in Honor of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn", was initiatedin celebration of Her Royal Highness's 60th birth anniversary.
