Campaign Terms and Conditions :

1. This promotion is available only for customers who purchase Comprehensive Motor Insurance (Type 1 or Type 2+) through Progress Multi Insurance Broker Co., Ltd. (PMIB) together with a financing application with Kasikorn Leasing and whose applications are approved and hire purchase agreements are executed by January 31, 2027,
2. Insurance coverage is provided under authorized repair center conditions as specified by the insurance company only.
3. Eligible vehicles must be no older than 2 years from the registration year. The registration year stated in the vehicle registration book shall be counted as Year 1.
4. The following vehicle types are not eligible for insurance coverage:
   Vehicles used for commercial hire or rental purposes
   Discontinued vehicles or vehicles with unavailable spare parts
   Imported vehicles
   Supercars such as Porsche, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, etc.
   Modified, lowered, racing, or converted vehicles
   
5. Vehicle inspection is required prior to insurance issuance, subject to the insurance company's conditions.
6. No deductible applies except for Tesla vehicles.
   Remark: Deductible refers to the amount the insured is required to bear as specified in the insurance policy schedule.
7. Insurance must be placed with insurance companies designated by PMIB.
8. Insurance underwriting terms and conditions shall be subject to the insurance company's approval criteria.

Terms and Conditions for Privileges :

1. Progress Multi Insurance Broker Co., Ltd. (PMIB) will deliver the Lotus's Gift Card to customers via registered mail within 14 days from the date on which the insurance premium has been paid in full.
2. The privilege is limited to one vehicle per campaign and cannot be combined with any other promotional campaigns.
3. The privilege cannot be exchanged for cash or any other assets and is non-transferable.
4. Other terms and conditions shall be in accordance with those specified by PMIB.
