The first method is to join missions on K PLUS; news on missions will be updated on K PLUS.
The second method is to spend via credit card. Customers will earn 1 K Point for every 25 Baht spent under the conditions of credit card application.

A mission is an activity organized for customers to accumulate K Points. KBank will determine different conditions for each mission depending on a sales promotional activity organized during a specific time. News related to activities is available mainly on K PLUS, while details of some activities are promoted via other channels of KBank.

It depends on the sales promotional conditions of a mission specified in “Mission details on K PLUS” or other media.

In the K Points page on K PLUS, under the “Popular missions” heading. Customers can press the “Mission” button to read details and press the “Join mission” button to participate in the mission.

Customers can earn K Points from non-credit card products by completing missions within a specific period and under the conditions determined by KBank. The period of each mission varies depending upon the sales promotional program or missions organized during the specific time.

Customers can redeem K Points in the following ways

• For purchase of goods on K+ Market
• For discount on bill payment / top-up by viewing the list of all service providers on K PLUS or for payment of loans such as personal loan, home loan and commercial loan
• For discounts at leading stores
• To be converted into cash rebate
• To be transferred to KBank partners

K+ market is a marketplace on K PLUS which serves as a hub of great deals for food, drinks, travel, and shopping. KBank customers can shop by redeeming their points or using money from their KBank account.

K Points will be redeemed based on their expiry dates. If there are not enough points, the system will use points earned from credit card transactions. K Points can be redeemed via two channels, as follows

a. In case K Points are redeemed via K PLUS

• K Points closest to their expiry date shall be redeemed first.
• K Points can be redeemed from credit cards in good standing (not blocked in any way).
• K Points can be redeemed from the credit card with the highest points.
• K Points can be redeemed from the credit card with the soonest expiry date.

b. In case K Points are redeemed at sales points or via K-Contact Center

• K Points closest to their expiry date will be redeemed first.
• K Points can be redeemed from credit cards used by customers at sales points / credit cards notified by customers via K-Contact Center
• Other conditions are as determined by KBank / KASIKORNBANK FINANCIAL CONGLOMERATE.

Customers can choose the card for point redemption only at sales points and K-Contact Center. Customers cannot choose the card via K PLUS.

• This can be done in two ways, depending on the conditions set by the merchant. If full payment is made – for instance, if the transaction amount is fixed like water and electric bills, customers who are making the transaction will see the numbers in grey, which cannot be amended. If partial payment is made, customers will see the numbers in green, which can be altered.
• This can be done in two ways. For first-time partial payment, customers must first complete the transaction by using points. If customers wish to make additional payment, they must make another payment transaction.

• For points earned from missions and the cards that can combine points, redemption transactions will be shown in real time.
• For points earned from credit cards that cannot be combined with other credit cards, redemption transactions will not be shown in real time, but will be shown on the following business day.

• Blue Credit Card
• BDMS-KBank Credit Card
• OneSiam-KBank Credit Card
• KBank-Shopee Credit Card
• Cards with no loyalty program

Customers can transfer K Points to the loyalty programs of The 1, AIS Points, Blue Point and TruePoint.

• K-Credit Card: Every 1,250 K Points can be converted to 1,000 The 1 points.

• K-Credit Card: Every 500 K Points can be converted to 50 AIS Points.

• K-Credit Card: Every 300 points can be converted to 100 blueplus+.

• K-Credit Card: Every 1,000 K Points can be converted to 250 TruePoints.

1. Redeem K Point via K PLUS to use K Point KLUB.
2. 1,500 K Point can be redeemed for one E-Coupon / person.
3. If you have K PLUS, you may ask another person who has sufficient K Point to redeem them for an E-Coupon and choose “Send Gift” via K+ market so that you can use K Point KLUB.
4. After K Point have been redeemed, an E-Coupon will be automatically sent to “My Coupons” in K+ market. Press “Redeem Coupon” to receive a QR code for entry to K Point KLUB. QR code is valid for two hours after it is redeemed.
5. Scan the QR code at the entrance in order to use K Point KLUB. Get snack and/or drink: Limited to one snack and one drink, or two snacks/two drinks (total of two items per person) at vending machine and coffee machine.
6. Up to two hours per QR code. Customers will be alerted via K PLUS around 15 minutes before the service hours end.

1. Use of service by accompanying guest
• 1.1Two children less than 110 cm. in height are allowed access free of charge (In case of free access, no snack or drink per item 4 is offered. To get snack and / or drink, K Point must be redeemed for an E-Coupon in the same way as general customers.)
• 1.2Accompanying children more than 110 cm. in height, and the elderly, are required to redeem 1,500 K Point for an E-Coupon in K+ market; one coupon for one person.
2. E-coupon is valid for one year.
3. KBank reserves the right to change or cancel E-Coupon for using K Point KLUB after K Point have been redeemed via K+ market; conditions are determined by KBank.
