Steps to check in K Point KLUB

• Redeem K Points for e-coupon in K+ market via K PLUS to use K Point KLUB.
• 1,500 K Points can be redeemed for one e-coupon /person.
• In cases that you have insufficient K Points but have K PLUS, you may ask your companions who has sufficient K Points to redeem them for an e-coupon and choose “Send Gift” via K+ market so that you can use K Point KLUB.
• After K Points have been redeemed, an e-coupon will be automatically sent to “My Coupons” in K+ market. Press “Redeem Coupon” to receive a QR code for entry to K Point KLUB. QR code is valid for two hours after it is redeemed.
• Scan the QR code at the entrance in order to use K Point KLUB. Get snack and/or drink from a vending machine and coffee machine. Limited to two items per person (one snack and one drink, or two snacks/two drinks)
• Up to two hours per QR code. Customers will be alerted via K PLUS around 15 minutes before the service hours end.

Conditions for use of services

• Use of services by accompanying guests
  • Two accompanying children less than 110 cm. in height are allowed access free of charge (In case of free access, no snack or drink is offered. To get snack and/or drink, K Points must be redeemed for an e-coupon in the same way as general customers.)
  • Accompanying children more than 110 cm. in height and/or the elderly, are required to redeem 1,500 K Points for an e-coupon in K+ market; one coupon for one person.
• E-coupon is valid for one year after K Point redemption.
• KBank reserves the right to change or cancel e-coupon for using K Point KLUB after K Points have been redeemed via K+ market; conditions are determined by KBank.

• Cashback is only applicable for insurance premium payments made with a Muang Thai Smile Credit Card to Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL.
• Eligibility for K Points is determined by KBank.
• Eligibility for Smile Points is determined by Muang Thai Life Public Company Limited.

Conditions

• When paying for fuel at PTT Stations nationwide using Muang Thai Smile Credit Card, Pink Gold, of at least 800 Baht/sales slip (cashback is limited to 160 Baht per person per month).
• The Bank shall credit the cashback into the co-branded credit card account within three billing cycles from the monthly statement date and after a full payment has been made in accordance with the specified conditions.
• The calculated cashback from the co-branded credit card will be displayed and used to reduce expenses paid with the co-branded credit card in accordance with the credit card statement in the month the cashback is credited.
• Cashback credited into a co-branded credit card account cannot be converted into cash or transferred to others.
• This offer is available exclusively to cardholders in good standing who consistently meet their payment obligations according to the program's terms and conditions.

• Cashback is only applicable for insurance premium payments made with a Muang Thai Smile Credit Card to Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL.
• The following insurance premiums are not eligible for cashback: Universal Life and Unit Linked insurance premium, single premium, short-term premium, term life insurance premium, and individual accident insurance premium of all projects (excluding PA Return Bonus).
• Installment payment for insurance premiums, policy loan repayments, and Automatic Premium Loan (APL) repayments, along with the accrued interest, as well as credit card reward point redemptions used for insurance premiums payments, are not eligible for cashback.
• Cashback will be credited to your credit card account within 3 billing cycles from the statement date of each month, once all applicable terms and conditions have been fulfilled.
• The calculated cash back will be displayed and used to reduce credit card charges as reflected in the credit card statement in the month when the cash back is credited.
• Cashback credited to your credit card account cannot be converted into cash or transferred to others.
• No minimum credit card spending is required to qualify for cashback.
• In case of insurance premium refunds or cancellations or denial of credit card payments for insurance premiums, cardholders shall not be entitled to receive cashback. Cashback will be forfeited or reclaimed from the credit card account if it has already been credited
