Borrower’s qualifications

  • Thai nationality, aged between 20-70 years old
  • The number of co-borrowers must not exceed three, and they must be the principal borrower’s relatives by law (except for unregistered marriage)
  • For an individual borrower, their net income must not be less than 15,000 Baht/month.
  • For co-borrowers, the combined income of both the principal borrower and co-borrower(s) must not be less than 15,000 Baht/month.
  • The minimum employment period is six months (for both previous and present employments, including probation period).

  • Copy of national ID card or civil servant card of the borrower, co-borrowers and spouse
  • Copy of house registration (all pages)
  • Letter of consent that has been completely filled out by the borrower and co-borrower(s)
  • Marriage certificate of the principal borrower and co-borrowers (if any)
  • For unregistered marriages – document for proof of marriage / House registration / Child’s birth certificate
  • Certificate of name-surname change (if any)

Financial documents

  • Original copy of latest month pay slip or salary confirmation letter from employer updated within last 3 months or bonus slip (if any)
  • Regarding additional income from other sources, customer must submit a bank statement for the past 6 months

Collateral documents

  • Copy of title deed / Nor Sor 3 / Nor Sor 3 Gor or Certificate of Ownership with abstract of title (all pages)

Fees / Expenses

The fee for the collateral appraisal conducted by Progress Appraisal Company or a Bank-approved appraisal company or one of its branches is 3,000 baht (inclusive of VAT)
