Condition of Transfer

Senders must be individuals while recipients can be individuals or corporate enties.
In the case of transfer via KBank Partner/PromptPay International, the recients account must be in the same currency as the transferred curreng. In the case of transfer via SWIFT, the recipient's account must be able to receive the transferred currency.
If senders hold a Thai nationality they are unable conduct fund transfer to their own bank account opened abroad.
No documents are required*
Receipt of funds shall be subject to regulations notied the recipients bank and timeline for funds transfer is subject to the recipient bank's internal process.**
If the transaction is unsuccessful for whatever reason, KBank shall, when KBank has received the returned amount from the recipient bank and/or partner per intermediary for cross-border remittance, credit such returned amount converted into Thai Baht using the Bank Buying Rate of the relevant currency shown on on KBank website on the date and time of crediting such returned amount to the account from which KBank has previously debited. In this case, KBank shall not reimburse fees and any expenses (if any) to you.
Sender can request to cancel his/her transaction within 30 days of the transaction date. Hower, the recall policy depends on the recipient bank.

Remark:
*KBank reserves the right to request documents in support of transactions when deemed necessary.
** Recipient may be required to provide documentation or evidence to its bank in order to prove compliance with local regulations regarding cross-border remittances. Failure to comply with the regulations may cause the recipient's bank deny to process the transaction.
** Timeline for funds transfer is subject to the recipient bank’s internal process.
