Service Details

Procedure for export (L/C)
  1. After receiving the L/C from the issuing bank overseas that originally activated the L/C, the bank will verify its authenticity
  2. The bank notifies the beneficiary or the exporter about the arrival of the original L/C
  3. The exporter pays the L/C fees and receives the original L/C
  4. The exporter reads and understands all the terms and conditions specified in the L/C. If they don't comply with the terms and conditions as agreed with the importer, the importer must be notified and instructed to amend those conditions in the L/C
Conditions
  • The bank will notify the exporter (the beneficiary) about the arrival of the L/C after verifying its authenticity
  • Each L/C must conform to the ICC Uniform Customs and Practices for Documentary Credits, no. 600 (UCP 600), set by the International Chamber of Commerce
Fees
The fee for export L/C notification of activation, adjustment, or cancellation is 800 baht per copy.
