Service details

How to use the Card
  • Swipe the Card at participating service station.
  • Enter PIN. If incorrect PIN is entered three times, the Card will be locked (contact KBank to unlock the Card).
  • Specify odometer reading; reading must be higher than previous specification.
  • Specify type of fuel for company report.
  • Specify total price; total price will be converted to volume based on fuel price for company report.
  • Specify vehicle registration in Thai characters for receipt/tax invoice.
Payment Methods for the KBank Fleet Card

​​Cash Payments

  1. At KBank branches
    1. Pay in cash on the total amount of each card, or
    2. ​Payment in cash via the Bill Payment system at KBank counters on the total amount of each company
    3. The following documents are required for such transactions at KBank counters

      1. A completed KBank Fleet Card Pay-in slip
        Customer Name: Specify the name of the company
        Customer ID (Ref. 1): Specify the 16-digit company code (st​​​arts with a 3)
        Card Number (Ref. 2): Specify the credit card number for the payment
      2. Indicate your total KBank Fleet Card balance (aggregate amount of all cards)

  2. ​​You can also remit payments nationwide at the venues of: Counter Service, TOT Just Pay, Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC), AIS Pay Station, JAYMART Pay Point, TESCO Lotus, Pay@Post​​​

Cheque Payments

  1. At KBank branches using a cheque of a branch within the same clearing district
  2. Pay by only a single cheque for your entire company balance, per your KBank Fleet Card statement (aggregate amount of all cards) via the Bill Payment system​
  3. For Cash Payments at post offices, submit only crossed cheques payable to “KASIKORNBANK PCL. for Payment of Fleet Card”, attach your KBank Fleet Card statement (aggregate amount of all cards) and send that to:
    ​​KASIKORNBANK PCL., 7th floor, Unsecured Credit and Merchant Product Service Fulfillment Department,
    ​​​47/7 Moo 3, Popular Road, Ban Mai Sub-District, Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi 11120
    (KBank must be able transact the cheque/debit the account by the due date as specified in your statement)

Account Debiting:

    Automatic account debit from your company’s savings or current account (only KBank accounts)

    Note:​

    • ​For cheque payments per items 2 and 3 above, or cash payments per item 1.2 and 2 above, payments must be made three business days before the due date
    • Fees and payment conditions are subject to each pay venue’s specific transaction schedule, plus VAT​​

Qualifications
  • Have operated a business for not less than 2 years
  • Net profit shown in the latest financial statement
  • Positive shareholders’ equity

  • Copy of valid national ID card/passport (for foreigners) of relevant parties as follows:
    • Directors who are the company’s authorized signatories
    • Highest-level management, such as managing directo
    • Shareholders holding at least 25 percent of shares
    • Authorized signatories (if a power of attorney is used)
    • Authorized representative (contact person)
    • KBank Fleet Card Online Service user (authorized by the applicant)
  • KYC documents for natural person who has relationship with the company (for directors who are the company’s authorized signatories and authorized representatives)

​How to apply KBank Fleet Card?​

Application can be made via three channels, i.e.,
1. Apply online – Click
2. Apply via your Relationship Manager (RM)
3. Apply at any KBank branch

How long does it take for KBank to issue the Card?

With RM approval of amount, your cards will be issued within 15 business days of submitting the application and all required documentation.

If I wish to alter KBank Fleet Card details, such as type of fuel, vehicle registration, conditions and limitations of use, can I continue to use the existing card or must a new card be issued with a new card number? How long does the process take? Is there a fee?

It depends on what details you want to change:

  1. Change type of fuel and conditions and limitations of use: There is no fee and you may continue to use the existing card. The process takes three business days.You may call K-BIZ Contact Center to check the status of the change.
  2. Change Card face data such as vehicle registration: Destroy the old card and request a replacement card; submit vehicle schedule with your request. A replacement fee is 50 Baht per card.
After receiving the Card, can I use it right away or do I need to call KBank to activate the card?

The replacement card is pre-activated. You may use it immediately, depending on conditions specified in your application. For example, if you specified that the Card must be used with PIN, you will need to wait for the PIN before using the Card.

The Card is valid for three years, when will the Card be renewed?

A new card will be issued one month before the old card expires. You may use the new card immediately; activation is not required.

What is the difference between a KBank Fleet Card and a K-Credit Card?

The KBank Fleet Card can be used only to purchase fuel at participating service stations; it cannot be used for the purchase of other goods or for cash withdrawal.
