How to Apply
Monthly / Annual Fee
The accounts will be added to your K PLUS SME profile automatically.
The system will send an application form with registration code via email. You need to fill the form and submit all required documents at any KBank branches.
You can add account (single account , joint accounts and juristic account) up to the maximum of 25 accounts (including the registered account).
You can add the juristic profile up to maximum of 3 profiles. However, The user must be one of the authorized director of each juristic profile.
Accounts with account link service can be added as well as normal accounts.
Accounts with account link can normally be used to do transaction such as fund transfer , top-up or bill payment except
Accounts with account link will not be available to credit/debit balance between 12:00 AM - 02:00 AM. Credited amount which transferred from other banks between 12:00 AM - 02:00 AM will be sequential proceeded on the same day at 04:00 AM.
The transaction limit when you do transactions form accounts with account link or normal account are not different. It means that you are unable to do transaction with the amount exceeding the account balance. Account link service does not support transactions through electronic channels such as an ATM, K PLUS or K PLUS SME.
The maximum transaction limit is 2 millions baht per day (Shared with every accounts on the K PLUS SME profile).

You can create up to 5 account groups, each group consisting of the maximum 5 accounts.
You have to cancel the service and register again with your new mobile number.
You can request statement by clicking the menu on the top left corner of a screen > Click “Request Statement” > Select an account and a time period.
You can request your statements for up to 12 months.
To unlock your account, please contact K-BIZ Contact Center (24 hours) at Tel. +662-8888822. In case, your account has been locked again in the same week. You must unlock your profile at KBank branches only.

The authorized signatory director of the juristic (not the K PLUS SME user) will be able to cancel by sending documents via email : firstname.lastname@example.org. All documents will be signed with conditions in the certificate/document indicating the establishment of the juristic person
You will receive the e-slip and email after doing the financial transactions. You can use e-mail confirmation in case you don’t get e-Slip.
You will receive Registration Code when applying the K PLUS SME application via mobile phone. Please enter the registration code in the application form before submitting it to the Bank.
You can enable full function via Wi-Fi by access K PLUS SME via 3G/4G and go to setting > “Access full function via Wi-Fi” (valid 90 days per request)
In case that you have not enabled “Access full function via Wi-Fi”, your K PLUS SME will be limited to some function (Balance inquiry and favorite transaction).
