How to Apply

Qualifications
  • For individual aged 15 years or above
  • The user of a juristic person / partnership / ordinary partnership / group of persons / school / cooperative / organization must be a authorized signatory on the account to be used with K PLUS SME.
  • Hold a savings or current account with KBank
  • Have a mobile phone with iOS 9.0 / Android 4.4 or later
  • Have a mobile phone connected to one of the following service providers: AIS, DTAC, TrueMove, TrueMoveH, CAT (MY 3G), TOT3G or MVNO. Other networks maybe available in the future
  • Have a mobile phone number which has never been used with K PLUS SME
  • Have an email address for receiving reports from K PLUS SME and contacting with KBank branches
How to Apply
  • Register via mobile application for customers holding individual accounts
  • Register via KBank Branch for customers holding joint personal accounts and juristic account, customers are required to download K PLUS SME, request the registration code and submit application form with required documents to the Bank.

Required Documents

Joint account

  • Completed K PLUS SME application form (names and telephone numbers of the applicant must be provided)
  • Savings deposit passbook / Chequebook or Cheque order form (Current Account) with copies
  • A copy of National ID card / Passport (for foreigners) of all joint account holders

Juristic account

  • Completed K PLUS SME application form (names and telephone numbers of all authorized directors must be provided)
  • Minutes of the board meeting indicating the name of prospective K PLUS SME user and telephone number to be used for K PLUS SME. The prospective K PLUS SME user shall download the K PLUS SME application and must have the following qualifications:
    • Being a director who is an authorized signatory per company certificate*
  • The passbook(s) for the account(s) to be used with the service and a copy
  • Copy of Certificate of Registration issued no longer than 3 months prior to submission/copy of registration of Partnership / Ordinary Partnership / Group of persons / School / Cooperative / Organization (specify authorized signatories)
  • Copies of national ID cards/passport of authorized persons and directors with payment authority who have signed on registration form.
Note:
  • *In case authorized signatory is a foreigner, please provide a copy of work permit and VISA with validity of more than three months. If there is no work permit, the company’s building lease contract is required.
  • Customer must print the application form and details provided by email only.

What is a Registration Code ?

You will receive Registration Code when applying the K PLUS SME application via mobile phone. Please enter the registration code in the application form before submitting it to the Bank.

Can I access K PLUS SME via Wi-Fi ?

You can access K PLUS SME via Wi-Fi, but it only available for balance checking and funds transfer (Favorite transactions). For other transactions, please connect with 4G / 3G / Edge / GPRS.

How can I change Email Address and PIN ?

For changing Email Address

  • Go to “Setting” > Choose “Change E-Mail Address” > Enter New Email > Confirm New Email >>> Receive Activation Code via Email > Enter Registration Code

For changing PIN

  • Go to “Setting” > Choose “Change PIN” > Key Current PIN > Enter New PIN > Confirm New PIN
How can I manage accounts ?

You can add account up to the maximum of 25 accounts (including the registered account).

  1. Go to Home Page > Click “+” > Enter Account Number
  2. Go to “Setting” > Click “Manage Account” > Click “Account Setting” > Click “Add Account” > Enter Account Number

Note : For Adding Joint/Juristic Account, please submit the application form and required documents to any KBank branches.
You can create up to 5 account groups, each group consisting of the maximum 5 accounts.

  1. Go to Home Page > Choose “Group Accounts” > Click “Create New Group” > Enter Group Name &> Select Account
  2. Go to “Setting” > Click “Manage Account” > Click “Create New Group” > Enter Group Name > Select Account
