Service Conditions

  1. The objective of the loan must be clear and in compliance with the government's requirements.
  2. The loan must conform to the bank's terms and conditions.
  3. Evidence / documents must be in accordance with the purpose of the loan.
  4. Contract of foreign currency promissory notes and loan payment will be made.
  5. Customers must open an account in foreign currency as a domestic and/or current account with the bank for the withdrawal.

How to Apply

Required Documents
  • A copy of the applicant's national ID card
  • A copy of the juristic person's tax identification card and value-added tax registration
  • A copy of the house registration, Company Memorandum of Association, and Articles of Association
  • The company affidavit
  • A bank statement from a financial institution showing at least a 6-month history of transactions, or copies of the company’s financial statements for the past 3 years
  • Minutes of the company board meeting agreeing on a resolution to request a loan and to open an account with the bank
  • Sales, purchase, or deposit contract(s)
  • Photocopies of documents evidencing ownership rights to the property or rights to a condominium, together with the contents note registration
  • A map of the location of assets to be used as collateral guaranteeing the loan request
  • Other documents/evidence according to the requirements set by relevant government agencies (these can be submitted during the withdrawal)
