Natural Persons

  • A certified true copy of a national ID card or other official identification card

Juristic Persons

  • A copy of the commercial registration (not more than 1 year old) certified by the authorized signatory of the juristic persons and the company seal (if any)
  • Certified true copies of the national ID card, alien identification card, or passport (depending on the circumstances) of the authorized signatory of the juristic persons
 

Additional documentation for customers selling securities to the bank

  • Original bonds, debentures, or bills of exchange
  • A copy of the first page of the KBank deposit account
 

Note: All documents must be signed and certified true copies.

How to Trade

Required Documents

Natural Person

  • A copy of the national ID card and a copy of the first page of the KBank deposit account

Juristic Persons

  • A copy of commercial registration along with a copy of the national ID card of the authorized signatories, and a copy of the first page of the KBank deposit account (In case of sale, original debentures and bonds need to be prepared)

Note: All documents must be signed and certified true copies.

Buying Procedures
  • Ask for the proposed sale price at branches near you
  • Prepare the required documents
  • Make payment in cash or debit from a KBank account or by cashier's check
  • The bank does not allow any ownership transfer to the buyer's name, but will send debentures or bonds by registered mail to the address that the buyer designates
Selling Procedures
  • Ask for the proposed purchase price at branches near you
  • Prepare the required documents and submit the original debentures and bonds to a branch near you
  • The bank does not allow any ownership transfer, but will transfer the money into the account opened at the bank

Note:

  • Restrictions on investment in securities are subject to the terms and conditions specified in their prospectuses. For example, individual investors cannot invest in bonds that are offered only to institutional investors or that are nontransferable
  • Complete transactions for customers in Bangkok within 3 business days, and 5 business days in upcountry areas
