Conditions
For payment under an L/C, the importer must assign the bank as a consignee of the Air Waybill For payment under a B/C, the importer must require the remitting bank to assign the bank to be a consignee. (the bank will consider each such request on case-by-case basis)

Fees
The bank charges 200 baht per copy for delivery order endorsement.

Qualifications
The importer must have an L/C or must open an L/C with the bank

A Letter of Undertaking for issuing a Letter of Guarantee and/or Endorsing Delivery Order A copy of the invoice A copy of Air Waybill A trust receipt

How to Apply
The importer submits a request for delivery order endorsement to the bank plus a copy of the invoice and Air Waybill and a draft of the trust receipt The bank will transfer the credit limit from the L/C issuance to the delivery order endorsement, or the importer can also pay for the goods in full according to the amount shown in the L/C or submit a trust receipt (if any) The bank verifies the conformity and accuracy of the submitted documents The bank issues a letter addressed to the airline to the importer so that the airline can provide the delivery order to the importer and then submit it to the bank, so that the bank in turn can endorse it for goods clearance at the destination airport After the bank receives the documents, the importer can simply collect the documents from the bank and make payment as indicated on the documents or bring them into trust receipt balances (if any). This step may be undertaken earlier in step 3 above
