  1. Extraterritorial car usage
  2. Illegal use of cars
  3. Cars used for racing
  4. Cars used for towing or pushing, except vehicles that are capable of towing or pushing that are insured with the company, or standard tow trucks or vehicles with an interconnected braking mechanism
  5. Liability originates from a contract made by the driver; if no such contract exists, no driver liability exists
  6. Car driven by person who, at the time of driving, had a blood alcohol content of higher than 150 milligram percent
