- Copy of the minutes of the executive board meeting with the consensus to arrange for the Corporate Executive Card, types of card, list of cardholders, and card usage limit of each cardholder
- Copy of the company certificate (issued within the prior 90 days) and copy of the Memorandum of Association
- Copy of the shareholder list
- Balance sheets and profit and loss statements (for the prior 3 years)
- Copy of the deposit account statement for the prior 6 months from the current date (company's account)

In order to get 0.5% cash back, how much money do i need to spend by using this credit card?
No minimum spend is required.
When will i get 0.5% cash back?
The bank will transfer your 0.5% cash back, which will be used as a discount of the amount due, to your credit card account in the following month’s accounting period.
Corporate Executive Card: Cash Back Conditions
- Cash advance, gasoline bill, utility bills such as electricity, water and telephones and tax payment to government agencies / The Revenue Department are not included.
- Fees, interest, fines and canceled payments / services or refunds are not included.
- Cash back is exclusively reserved for Corporate Executive credit card cardholders who are current members having good credit histories with the bank.
- The computed cash back will be shown and used as a discount of the amount due in your credit card statement of the particular month.
- No minimum spend is required.
- Cash back transferred to your credit card account cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other persons. Maximum Cash Back 1,000 Baht per Company per Cycle cut.
- In case of refund and canceled payment, if the bank have already transferred cash back to your credit card account and discounted the balance, the bank will chargeback from your credit card account in the following month’s accounting period.
Cash Back Calculation Conditions
- Cash back will be calculated by using the balance due stated in the credit card statement of the previous accounting period.
- Cardholders must make full payment stated in the credit card statement within the payment due date.
- Computed cash back will be used as a discount of the balance due of the following month’s credit statement.
What is the maximum credit limit that can be used to pay each time?
The remaining balance of your credit card is the maximum credit limit that can be used to pay.
How many times can i use the credit card in one day?
You can use the credit card unlimited times until it reaches the credit limit.
Are there any fees?
- No entrance fee and first annual credit card fees
- Annual fee: 1,6000 baht/ credit card / year
- Emergency issue in case of loss and damage: 300 baht/ credit card
- New credit card identification number request: 100 baht/time
- Credit card statement request: 50 baht/ time (No fee will be applied if you request your credit card statement via IVR and FAX.)
- A copy of sales record request:
- Within Thailand: 100 baht/issue
- Outside Thailand: 200 baht/issue
Remark: Annual fee of the following year will be exempted if your credit card expenditure is 250,000 and more / credit card / year.
