- A copy of the company's registration certificate of juristic person issued within the past 6 months
- Registration certificate of juristic person or government official ID card / state enterprise ID card or a copy of Passport
- If the applicant is a foreign national, Board of Director / Shareholder is authorized to apply on behalf of the company
- Power of Attorney (for the case where the applicant is not an agent of a juristic person)
- Registration certificate of juristic person of the authorized signatory

- Prepare the information of the cardholder and inform Kbank Sales Officer to assist with application
- Receive SMS for confirmation once a registration is complete
- Receive Username for entering to any website to do the followings:
- Personal card information management
- Top up to K-Cash Card or Upload File
- Instant top up or in advance
- A control over top up with Maker abd Authorizer
- Check top up in Balance
- Receive SMS or email to inform a transaction when money is deducted from an account
| For cardholder- No need to have a bank account
- Once receive the card, change PIN at K-ATM before beginning the first use
- Enable withdrawal from any ATM nationwide 24 hours a day
- Able to check Balance from any ATM nationwide or via K-BIZ Contact Center
