Customers can deposit and withdraw cash into and from their KBank accounts and verify their identity at any 7-Eleven store. These services are available daily from 00:01 to 23:30 hrs.

General Cash Deposit Service

Inform the staff that you want to make a "cash deposit."

Step 2 / 6

Present your national ID card for verification.

Step 3 / 6

Insert your national ID card into the card reader.

Step 4 / 6

Follow the instructions on the card reader to complete the transaction:

Enter the KBank account number to receive the deposit.
Enter the depositor’s phone number.
Enter the amount to be deposited.
Review the transaction details for accuracy.
Confirm the information.

Hand over the cash and the deposit fee to the staff.

Once the process is complete, the message "Your identity has been verified by the bank" will appear. Remove your ID card and collect the transaction slip.
