As opportunity and speed are crucial components of investment, KBank Private Banking has prepared an investment phone service, or in other words, a mutual fund buy-sell order submission service via telephone.

You only need to notify your private banker of your investment order.
After notifying us of the transaction via phone, you will receive a call from the Bank to review and confirm your order before carrying out the transaction. The buy-sell order will be completed within five minutes.
The Bank will only call to confirm your transaction via the phone number you have registered with the Bank. The Bank also has a voice recording system and will send an SMS to confirm the details of your transaction after every phone call.
Simply by using this service, you will be able to conduct your transaction safely and conveniently, completing the order within five minutes of your inquiry. If you wish to register for the Investment Phone Service, please contact your private banker.
