Perapat is a Managing Director, Family Wealth Solution Head - Estate Planning​ at Private Banking Group, KASIKORNBANK. His main area expertise lies in the areas of family law and tax as well as providing Family Wealth Planning Advisory Services focusing on Family Continuity Planning, Asset-Holding Structure, and succession planning including Family Continuity Planning and Inheritance & Wealth Transfer for High Net Worth clients and their families.

Prior to joining KASIKORNBANK, he was the Director of Financial Institution and Banking Laws, the Fiscal Policy Office (FPO), Ministry of Finance. During his tenure at FPO, He also served as Delegate in the area of financial institutions, Insolvency and Security Interests at the UNCITRAL, United Nations. Prior to that he worked as a legal officer at The World Bank in a Financial Institutions Project.

Perapat has completed his LL.M. in Financial and Banking Law from Boston University, USA and International Program in Business Law from Chulalongkorn University. He acquired intensive trainings related to his expertise including Family Business Governance GE Leadership Program in New York, USA, Legal Aspects of International Financial Institutions, IMF and Central Banking and Financial Sectors Legal Frameworks, IMF, Singapore.
