The following documents are required for “Cash Balance Account” with your signature

1. Two copies of ID card or passport
2. A copy of your KBANK savings account passbook
3. Copied of a cover of savings passbook, with clear account numbers and name, for e-dividend
4. If you are changing your name or surname, you need to submit a certificate of name change

Required Documents for “Cash Account” with your signature

1. Two copies of ID card
2. A certified copy of first page of bank passbook for ATS (there are 8 eligible banks for this service i.e. KBANK, BBL, SCB, BAY, KTB, SCIB, TCAP and CIMBT)
3. Copied of a cover of savings passbook, with clear account numbers and name, for e-dividend
4. A certified copy of bank statements with latest 6 months transaction details having a minimum balance of THB 300,000
5. If you are changing your name or surname, you need to submit a certificate of name change
6. If you need to apply for K-Stock 2 Fund service which is automatic stock settlement which will be made via the Automatic Transfer System (ATS). Please provide another copy of an ID card, a copy of your KBANK savings account passbook and a copy of your fund book

Required Documents for “Credit Balance Account” with your signature

1. Two copies of ID card or passport
2. A certified copy of bank statements with latest 3 months transaction details having a minimum balance of THB 300,000
3. Copied of a cover of savings passbook, with clear account numbers and name, (This is for debiting/crediting the balance)
4. If you are changing your name or surname, you need to submit a certificate of name change
5. THB 500 duty Stamp per credit line of THB1,000,000
