Unlock PIN on K PLUS
Reset PIN can be done easily on K PLUS, with no need to call the K-Contact Center Video Clip
1.
Enter your PIN
2.
If you enter a wrong PIN, the system will request you to re-enter your PIN.
3.
If you have entered a wrong PIN three times, Press “Unlock PIN”
4.
Enter your National ID number or Passport number to unlock your PIN.
5.
PIN Unlock is successful. You can enter K PLUS with your old PIN.
