PIN Unlock at K-ATM in case you forgot your old PIN

When customers want to reset new PIN, they can reset PIN on K PLUS as following these steps:
For Thai customers
  1. Log in to K PLUS , tap "Forgot Password" button on the password entry page.
  2. Set a new password by verifying your identity with national ID card.
  3. Take your ID card to verify your identity at K-ATMs with the K CHECK ID symbol / bank branches / bank agents within 15 days. After that, log in to the K PLUS again, scan your face, and set a new password.
For foreign customers
Select “Reset Password by Verifying Identity with Debit Card“ to unlock/reset password via K-ATM. ( More details )
Change to new mobile phone

PIN Unlock at K-ATM in case you forgot your old PIN

Enter your PIN
2.
If you enter a wrong PIN, the system will request you to re-enter your PIN.

If you have entered wrong PIN three times, you can unlock it by pressing “Unlock PIN”.
4.
Visit a K-ATM. Insert your debit card and enter your password. Then select the “K PLUS” menu.
5.
Select “Unlock/Reset Password”
6.
Enter your mobile number linked with K PLUS.
7.
Reset a 6-digit PIN.
8.
Confirm this 6-digit PIN.
9.
PIN Reset is successful.
10.
You can enter K PLUS with your new PIN.
