Change your mobile phone number and change to a new phone that uses K PLUS (change new number, change new device).

Customers can transfer K PLUS profile to a new device and phone number for continuous use, following these steps:
1.
Log in to K PLUS, enter your mobile number to register for K PLUS. Enter the OTP received via SMS. Then enter your National ID/ Passport No. and date of birth.
2.
Select Access to K PLUS > With Account Number and ID Card
3.
Enter your National ID/Passport No. and Account Number when completed, press “Next”
4.
K PLUS has detected a change in the device and mobile number used for K PLUS. After reviewing the details, please click 'Next'.
5.
K PLUS has shown the instructions to Transfer your K PLUS profile. After reviewing the details, please click ‘Proceed’.
6.
Please bring your ID card to K CHECK ID point at K-ATM
7.
Confirm the PIN you used for K PLUS.
8.
Complete facial scan as part of the identity verification process.
9.
The transfer of the K PLUS profile has been completed. You can now access K PLUS
