For Thai customers Step 1 If you are using the same mobile device, please uninstall the K PLUS application from your device before proceeding to the next step. (If you are using a new mobile device, please skip to Step 2.) Step 2 Download and reinstall the K PLUS application from your device's app store Step 3 Open the K PLUS application and enter your mobile number. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process. Your K PLUS data will be transferred to your device and mobile number to ensure continued service.
For Foreign customers Step 1 Cancel the K PLUS service (effective immediately) through one of the following three channels:
Contact the K-Contact Center by calling 02-888-8888 and pressing 03, or select the menu “More” > “Contact Us” > “Call over Internet” (available in both Thai and English) > select “K PLUS” > then go to “Report Issue"
Cancel via a K-ATM machine (if you have a debit/ATM card): Select the "Other Service K PLUS / PromptPay / Other" menu > press "K PLUS" > press "Cancel K PLUS" > enter your old mobile number > press "Confirm" > press "Confirm Cancellation".
Visit any KASIKORNBANK branch, along with your passport or alien identification document.
Step 2 Register for K PLUS using the mobile number provided to the bank. You may complete this process through one of the following three channels:
Via the K PLUS application: Open the K PLUS app and proceed with the registration by entering the mobile number you have provided to the bank. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process. (Customers are advised to prepare their passport or alien identification document.)
Via a K-ATM machine: Use your KASIKORNBANK debit card to register at any K-ATM.
At any Kasikornbank Branch: Visit a convenient KASIKORNBANK branch with your passport or alien identification document.
Log in to K PLUS, enter your mobile number to register for K PLUS. Enter the OTP received via SMS. Then enter your National ID/ Passport No. and date of birth.

Select Access to K PLUS > With Account Number and ID Card

Enter your National ID/Passport No. and Account Number when completed, press “Next”

K PLUS has detected a change in the device and mobile number used for K PLUS. After reviewing the details, please click 'Next'.

K PLUS has shown the instructions to Transfer your K PLUS profile. After reviewing the details, please click ‘Proceed’.
6.
Please bring your ID card to K CHECK ID point at K-ATM
7.
Confirm the PIN you used for K PLUS.
8.
Complete facial scan as part of the identity verification process.

The transfer of the K PLUS profile has been completed. You can now access K PLUS
