What should I do if I change my mobile phone or mobile number?

You may take the following steps:

  1. In case of mobile phone change with unchanged SIM: Upon K PLUS installation and first access to the application via 3G/4G/5G, the system will recognize the device change immediately, and you must enter the following information for authentication:
    - Number of account/card linked with K PLUS
    - Number of ID/passport
    - PIN
  2. Upon providing the correct information, you can use K PLUS immediately.

  3. Change of mobile number by yourself
    - Access K PLUS with 3G/4G/5G mobile internet
    - Go to “Settings” menu
    - Press “New mobile phone to be linked with K PLUS”

    Then you can change to the new mobile number without cancelling the service.


Note :
- If authentication has not been done before, customers must conduct such authentication.
- For foreign customers who have not been included in KBank’s database, they may contact any KBank branch to change their mobile phone number.
