For children under 15 years old:
Transactions for transfers, payments, top-ups and QR Scan via K PLUS have a total maximum limit of 30,000 baht per day.
For individuals (those aged 15 years and above):
The Bank determines the maximum daily transaction limit based on each user's individual needs and circumstances for transfers, payments, top-ups and QR Scan via K PLUS. The maximum daily transaction limit does not include mutual fund purchases, personal credit card or loan repayments, or self-transfers via K PLUS.
Customers who wish to request a temporary* increase in their maximum daily transaction limit via K PLUS may contact the K-Contact Center at 02-888-8888, press 03.
*Remarks
- The approved temporary transaction limit is valid for 30 days only. After the period ends, the Bank will reassess and adjust the limit based on the user’s needs and circumstances.
- A request for a temporary limit increase via K PLUS cannot be submitted again within 30 days of the previous request
- Customers will receive the result of their limit increase request within 2 days.
