If you have entered a wrong PIN and the PIN has been locked, you may unlock and reset your PIN as follows: Video Clip
  1. Press “For Non-Debit Cardholder”
  2. Bring your ID card for authentication (at K-ATM or green machine marked with K CHECK ID, or KBank service points.)
  3. Do the facial scan with your mobile phone;
  4. Create and confirm your new PIN.
