You may take the following steps for PIN resetting on the application: Video Clip
Press “Forget PIN” on the page of PIN entry;
If you have a debit card, press “Reset PIN with debit card” for PIN unlocking/resetting via K-ATM.
If you do not have a debit card, press “Reset PIN with ID card”, for which authentication must be conducted at K-ATM marked with K CHECK ID sign, or a KBank service point; then re-access K PLUS, do the facial scan and reset your PIN.
