It is our highest priority to provide you Blue Connect Service (“Service"). We, KASIKORNBANK PCL (“KBank”), as an e-wallet service provider, and PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited. (“PTTOR”), a flagship company of PTT Group which operates oil and retail business, supplies/sells fuels, lubricants and petrochemicals of Thailand and is also a seller of goods and/or services (“Goods/Services”), agree to jointly engage in a co-branding partnership to accept payment for Goods/Services with an e-wallet named BLUE Connect Powered by KBank, or any other names to be prescribed by KBank as it deems appropriate (the “BLUE Connect Service”)  have committed to highest respect and protect your privacy rights when you use our Service. We hereby declare our privacy policy to explain how we collect, use and share information and to safeguard information of our customers who use our Service.

Once and after you install our Application, we will collect all of your information which you allow to share with us.

 

Information you choose to give us:
Prior to the installation and setup of our application, you may choose to enable or disable features on your mobile phone to allow us to access your information. We, however, need and require you to give us few information for applying the Service and do transaction ie. Personal Identification no. and other information required by us. You will also voluntary give us some information at our K-Contact Center for assistance. When you log into our application or do any transactions, you will also provide us with some information required through the Service usage.

 

Information we receive when you use our Service:
We may collect your information related to activities and transactions during the session time period such as your time, date, financial details of transaction amount and etc. We may collect, Email Address ,Mobile Phone Number, connection type and other relevant information.

 

How we use the information:

All information that customers Submit to start to use the application. The information that occurred during the use of the application Including information and personal information provided to KASIKORNBANK PCL (“KBank”) , and PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited. (“PTTOR”), For the benefit of the service Service improvement Tracking and checking service information and others But does not include the dissemination of such information for business benefits
