KBank Private Banking garners two Digital CX Awards 2021

​          Mr. Jirawat Supornpaibul, Private Banking Group Head, KASIKORNBANK, recently represented the Bank to receive two awards from the Digital CX Awards 2021, organized by The Digital Banker magazine. These awards are Outstanding Innovation in Digital Customer Experience – Platform/Website in Private Banking in recognition of KBank’s deployment of technologies for the development of services for High Net Worth Individual customers, including the use of social media and websites in communicating and fostering cordial relationships with customers, and Outstanding Innovation in Digital Customer Experience – Investment Product/Service in Private Banking in recognition of KBank’s  product and service innovation, particularly the “Non-capital Market Solution” that can meet the needs and investment goals of each client.
