The minimum loan amount is based on property price or appraised value (based on lower amount); the property price or appraised value (as the case may be) must not be less than 300,000 Baht.

Yes. Borrowers are required to pay principal together with interest based on the EIR method. Interest rate is calculated daily based on the amount due for each installment which comprises interest at the rate established by KBank and the remaining principal amount. The remaining principal amount is used for interest calculation. Therefore, the more the remaining principal amount is, the more the interest amount in the following installment will be.
