Employee 

          The Bank places considerable emphasis on personnel development. In order to enhance employee knowledge and skills to be consistent with KGroup’s strategic and business plans, so as to achieve customer satisfaction, various learning activities have been organized as follows:

 

  • KBank’s Learning Center is a place for honing the intelligence of our more than 10,000 employees, who can explore new knowledge and policies with a common direction. In addition, the Bank provides a high-tech work environment to support operations and employee self-study, to build a learning culture towards excellent services.     
  • In-house and outside learning courses are provided to employees. Experts or instructors are invited to provide knowledge to employees. Employees are also assigned to training courses organized by outside institutions.    
  • E-Learning courses provide employees an opportunity to take self-study courses via electronic media (E-Learning).
  • The Project of 5 Skills towards Excellence encourages employees to assess five skills including languages, mathematics, English language, computers, and problem analysis and decision-making. 
  

  • Scholarships for studying abroad include scholarships for Master of Business Administration studies in the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, and China, and scholarships for graduate study in domestic universities.
  • Annual medical checkups are provided to employees, including an annual lung X-ray for each employee.
